gimptool installation

Just a quick note on gimptool installation, since searching with the traditional ways didn’t reveal anything useful (at least on the first page of the search results)…

In case you need to install a GIMP plugin from source, chances are you ‘ll need the gimptool utility, which for Debian-based systems, it is hidden into the libgimp2.0-dev package. After the installation of the libgimp2.0-dev package, you ‘ll find it as /usr/bin/gimptool-2.0, so you may need to “ln -s” this to ~/bin/gimptool (or another convenient place) as well.

If you ‘re used to compile from source, this procedure might sound familiar, but it’s not the easiest one!
